1. Order Processing Time:
   All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after being placed.
2. Delivery Method:
   Orders are delivered via local couriers within Kabul and to other provinces.
3. Delivery Time:

• Kabul: 1 to 2 business days
• Provinces: 1 to 5 business days

4. Shipping Fees:

• Orders over 5,000 AFN: Free Shipping
• Orders under 5,000 AFN: 150 AFN shipping fee

5. Order Tracking:
   After dispatch, a confirmation call will be made to the customer.
6. Possible Delays:
   During holidays or special circumstances, delivery may be delayed. In such cases, customers will be informed.
